These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bat Client software application, website, launcher, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, running, or interacting with the Service, you express your full agreement to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these updates or conditions, you must immediately cease usage and delete all client deployment configurations from your operating system.

1. Eligibility and User Agreement

By accessing our Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you possess legal parental or guardian consent to agree to these protocols. You acknowledge that you remain entirely responsible for ensuring your localized configuration satisfies all dynamic software compatibility prerequisites.

2. License Grant & Permitted Scope

Bat Client grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to download, execute, and run the client binary files solely for non-commercial game optimization and gameplay execution. This allocation does not transfer ownership parameters or title values of the underlying logic frameworks to the user.

3. Explicitly Prohibited Conduct

To preserve the security, network integrity, and collaborative standing of Bat Client within the broader multiplayer ecosystem, users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following behaviors:

• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, extract source scripts, or bypass localized obfuscation arrays embedded within the client executable launcher.
• Unauthorized Mirroring: Re-uploading, bundling, hosting, or distributing the software distribution files on third-party networks, download portals, or file shares without express written authorization.
• Exploitation: Weaponizing or adapting modified variants of the client software to execute network distribution attacks (DDoS), data scraping, or unauthorized server injection exploits.
• Commercialization: Selling access to custom mod components, renting, or leasing elements derived from the Bat Client architecture for monetization purposes.

4. Third-Party Interactions & Server Rules

Bat Client operates as an optimization overlay intended to boost frame performance metrics and streamline user interface elements. You acknowledge that:

• Individual multiplayer servers retain complete autonomy over their active mod policies, configuration allowances, and anti-cheat enforcement metrics.
• Bat Client cannot override, control, or assume liability for account restrictions, suspensions, or matchmaking penalties applied by external third-party servers or host networks.
• The user carries the full operational risk when enabling optional gameplay utility mods on competitive game modes.

5. Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Bat Client is an independent performance customization suite. All structural assets, branding configurations, style arrays, custom source patches, and localized graphic designs belong exclusively to the Bat Client administration team. 6. Termination of Service Access

We reserve the right, without prior notification or standard liability parameters, to suspend or terminate your operational privileges to download updates, connect to live launcher directories, or utilize specific online infrastructure if you violate any core directives outlined in these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL BAT CLIENT, ITS OPERATORS, OR CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CLIENT FRAMEWORK. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASELINE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We maintain the unilateral authority to adjust, update, or rewrite these structural Terms of Service at any given time. Dynamic modifications become active immediately upon being published to this directory link. Your continued operation of the client after structural adjustments implies permanent consent to the revised standards.
